The Opportunity
As part of the FP&A Operations team you will focus on financial planning and analysis while running and updating cost modeling systems. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships, enhance budgeting and forecasting techniques, and navigate increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work while growing your personal brand.
Responsibilities
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on established practices
Utilize analytical skills to solve intricate problems
Work with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements
Uphold exemplary standards of professionalism and technical knowledge
You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Banking and Insurance preferred
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
Analyzing and interpreting financial data
Developing AI strategies and predictive models
Conducting variance analysis and identifying trends
Working effectively with cross-functional teams
Presenting financial insights to stakeholders - Understanding of forecasting, modeling, and capital planning

The salary range for this position is:
$77,000 - $202,000 , plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
