The Opportunity
Hanley Investment Group is a nationally recognized leader in retail investment sales, specializing in single-tenant net lease and multi-tenant shopping centers. With a 20-year track record, we are seeking an established commercial real estate agent with a proven background in retail investment sales. This role is designed for a full-time, experienced agent who has been in producer role for at least 5 years, has an active client list, and is actively working a pipeline of deals. You’ll bring your relationships and expertise — we’ll provide the platform, brand, culture and resources to help scale your business. What You’ll Do
Advise private and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties nationwide. Leverage your existing client network to source exclusive listings and off-market opportunities. Structure, negotiate, and close transactions with support from our seasoned marketing, research, and transaction teams. Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, comps, and capital markets to guide client strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to grow market share and strengthen Hanley Investment Group’s national presence. Who You Are
Licensed California real estate professional (Broker or Salesperson). Minimum
3 years full-time experience
as a commissioned commercial real estate agent. Proven track record in
retail investment sales . Established
client base and active pipeline
of transactions. Exceptional deal-making, communication, and relationship management skills. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and production-driven. What We Offer
