Safety Manager
to join our team and oversee our company-wide safety program. Position Summary
The Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs across multiple projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring OSHA compliance, reducing hazards, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage the company’s safety program. Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to maintain OSHA and company compliance. Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training programs for employees and subcontractors. Maintain OSHA-required logs, injury/illness reports, and regulatory documentation. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions. Collaborate with project teams to develop and enforce site-specific safety plans. Act as the primary liaison with OSHA, insurance representatives, and regulatory agencies. Recommend process and equipment safety improvements. Track and manage training records for all employees. Lead safety meetings and support project management with safety compliance initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Safety, or related field (preferred). Seniority & Employment Information
