You’re a builder who thrives at the frontier of AI agents, customer experience, and e-commerce. You’ll own critical domains in our AI agent ecosystem, build new capabilities, shape evaluation and QA systems, and collaborate with product, design, and leadership to create the infrastructure for the future of e-commerce and CX. You’ll bring strong opinions and help us decide what to build. What you have
3+ years of software engineering experience building technical B2B products, ideally in CX, e-commerce, or AI automation AI-native mindset — you already use tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or ChatGPT daily to build and ship faster Full-stack fluency — React, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, integrations, data modeling Comfort working directly with clients and solving complex, real-world problems Curiosity and a builder’s DNA — you like figuring things out, not just following specs Product judgment — you can build with autonomy and push back when needed What you’ll do
Build new agent capabilities end-to-end and make them work across platforms Translate messy customer workflows into elegant product features and deployment opportunities Design and ship evaluation and QA systems that improve agent performance over time Expand our integrations ecosystem with new platforms and enterprise connections Own platform automation and onboarding to help customers go live in days, not weeks Work across multiple initiatives, balancing speed with thoughtful trade-offs Partner with product, design, and leadership to shape what gets built—and what doesn’t Why Siena
