Telemarketing Consultant - Contract *5.5 days work week*

Job Duties

5.5 Work week Make outbound calls to engage customers and secure appointments. Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels. Address customer enquiries and objections with professionalism and confidence. Meet business conversion targets, including contact and appointment rates. Accurately record and update lead information, activities, and appointment details. Conduct call activities in compliance with regulations and company quality standards. Requirements
