We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows, Okta, Identity Access Management, and PKI. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with AWS and other cloud platforms, as well as a working knowledge of networking. This is a hands-on role that requires strong administration and operational experience. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements. Architect and deploy Azure AD, Active Directory, and Windows environments. Integrate and manage Okta for identity and access management. Implement and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 solutions with other cloud platforms such as AWS. Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for identity access management and security. Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, design, and implementation processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and associated technologies. Perform hands-on administration and operational tasks for Microsoft 365 services. Utilize PowerShell and Power Automate for scripting, automation, and workflow management. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and other relevant technologies. Specific Services in Microsoft 365
Entra ID: Manage and secure identities across the organization. Exchange Online: Design and manage email and calendaring solutions. Teams: Implement and support collaboration and communication tools. SharePoint: Develop and maintain intranet and document management solutions. OneDrive: Manage cloud storage and file sharing solutions. Intune: Implement and manage device and application management. Power Automate: Automate workflows and integrate applications and services. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect or similar role. Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows, Okta, Identity Access Management, and PKI. Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms. Strong working knowledge of networking principles and technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on administration and operational experience with Microsoft 365 services. Proficiency in PowerShell and Power Automate for scripting and automation. Additional Details
