As a Developer in this role, you will design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise environments. Your primary responsibilities include developing and customizing workflows for access requests and lifecycle events (joiner, mover, leaver) within enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms. You will leverage tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to deliver robust and scalable solutions, and you will work with cross-functional teams to integrate these platforms with other enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow or SAP GRC) to ensure seamless identity governance across the organization. Must have: At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions At least 4 years of development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) preferred, or Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) 4 or more years of dedicated Java programming experience Ability to develop an access request workflow in an IGA solution Security+ Certification required Nice to have: Experience with Agile development methodologies Possession of a SailPoint IdentityIQ certification Experience integrating with ServiceNow or SAP GRC compensation and benefits information: Accenture Federal Services provides compensation ranges based on labor costs in selected states. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. We offer a wide variety of benefits. Roles are posted on an ongoing basis with no fixed application deadline. Pay range (for the states listed): $108,400 — $203,400 USD.
