Management of daily operations of construction projects Follow and implement safety procedures Communicate progression with clients and project managers Manage subcontractors and organization of the project Understand the responsibilities of subs to ensure deadlines are met Assign tasks accordingly Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions Coordinate with all professionals involved and more Qualifications And Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience needed with projects from $5 Million up Hospital, school and high-end multi-use office projects Successful track record of managing ground-up commercial Proficient mentor and leader General contracting experience / multiple trade supervision Candidates must have a stable work history Compensation Package
