Assistant Store Manager . The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards, achieving sales and profit projections, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing team members through training and evaluation. The role may also involve following and enforcing all company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets, and maintaining daily focus on standards for individuals and the team. Foster an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge development. Train, evaluate, and develop team members; recruit and select new staff as needed. Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures; perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned. Model integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to advancement opportunities within the organization. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; proficiency with basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule forms. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends. Total Rewards and Benefits Base pay plus commission on sales.
