We are seeking a Senior Medical Director to provide scientific leadership across multiple accounts while ensuring excellence in medical communications. This role combines scientific expertise with strategic thinking to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong team leadership while maintaining scientific rigor in all deliverables. What you’ll do

Lead scientific direction for multiple client accounts Develop and oversee complex medical education programs Create and review scientific content for accuracy and impact Manage and mentor junior scientific team members Partner with clients and KOLs to drive strategic initiatives Ensure scientific quality across all deliverables Contribute to new business development Lead client meetings and presentations Implement innovative approaches to data presentation Oversee medical writing and editing processes Drive organic growth within existing accounts Maintain therapeutic area expertise Guide teams in content development Ensure compliance with internal processes Who you are

Individual compensation varies based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package; details available through WPP Benefits.
