The Commercial Enablement Manager II serves as the team enablement specialist for Eversight\'s CPG business. In this role, you will drive efficiency and quality across the entire customer journey from prospect to successful client. You will lead strategic initiatives that optimize commercial processes, manage comprehensive reporting systems, and ensure seamless execution across all customer touchpoints. Cultivate strategic relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, CS, Legal, Product, and Product Operations, influencing cross-functional decision-making on commercial initiatives. Manage commercial projects with measurable impact and lead workstreams on initiatives that enhance the sales process and customer engagement. Partner with Product and Marketing to develop, manage, and evolve high-impact sales materials communicating our value proposition. Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs ensuring commercial teams are fluent in product capabilities and competitive positioning. Evaluate and enhance sales performance tracking systems to deliver actionable pipeline insights and forecasting accuracy. Develop and refine customer health scoring models to drive proactive retention and revenue optimization. Drive data governance to maintain reporting accuracy and enable reliable business intelligence across systems. Develop and maintain standardized playbooks to streamline processes and ensure consistent execution. Drive strategic initiatives that maximize customer retention and identify expansion opportunities within the existing client base. About You
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales/CS enablement or operations Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Experience building and optimizing processes that enhance team effectiveness Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), CSPs (Planhat, Gainsight), and Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Grocery Retail and CPG industries Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and improve work quality Experience building solutions with low-code/no-code workflow and automation tools to streamline operations Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work.
