South End Washington Primary Care All Locations

1601 Washington Street Position Summary

The Nurse Manager of the South End (SE) Primary Care Department is responsible for the administrative and clinical development of SE primary care services. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the daily management of the department, interdepartmental collaboration, supervising clinical workflows, overseeing and developing staff, and procuring and managing supplies. Full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm with flexibility depending on the needs of the department. Education

BSN preferred or in progress Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years licensed nursing practice experience in an ambulatory care practice setting required. Minimum of 2 years relevant management experience. Bilingual preferred Skills/Abilities

Ability to use data to evaluate outcomes required Working knowledge and experience with electronic medical record systems, performance dashboards, database products, and analysis tools Must have the ability to lead change in an organization and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and teaching skills Pay
