Overview
100% REMOTE - Oracle HCM Integration Developer We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Integration Developer with deep expertise in SQL/PLSQL and a strong functional understanding of Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management. This role is critical to designing and maintaining seamless data flows across our Oracle HCM ecosystem and external partners. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ATP and Web Services. Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits partners to document integration mappings and ensure accurate data exchange. Write and optimize custom SQL/PLSQL queries across Oracle HCM tables for reporting and troubleshooting. Support functional teams with technical insight into payroll earnings and deductions, formula logic behind earnings calculations, and compensation and benefit elections. Build and maintain custom reports across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management. Ensure data integrity and compliance across all HCM integrations. Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations. Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM data model and table structures. Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for custom development and reporting. Familiarity with Fast Formulas and their role in payroll calculations. Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, BIP, OIC, and Web Services. Solid understanding of payroll balance adjustments, retro pay scenarios, and corrected time/absence entries. Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
