Position Summary

Vera Therapeutics is looking for dynamic talent to join our team. We’re seeking a Director, Specialty Pharmacy & Patient Support Program to join our Access and Value Team. This role reports to the Executive Director, Trade Distribution, Specialty Programs and Patient Support Services. The position will oversee the daily operations and collaboration of the Specialty Pharmacy (SP) network providers and the Patient Support Program (PSP) – HUB, facilitating product distribution and supporting the patient journey. The role will coordinate Vera field teams (Sales, Field Reimbursement Managers, Regional Marketing Directors) with respect to SP and PSP-HUB resources and programs. The Director will ensure timely escalation documentation, evaluation, investigation and resolution, and will provide field team support for the Vera Patient Assistance Program (PAP) and 340b Program engagement. The role also serves as a key member of the Trade & Distribution, Specialty Programs and Patient Support Team. Responsibilities

Accountable for the development and management of the field escalation program/process to assure collaboration and communication between field teams, Trade & Distribution, Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Support team and external partners. Collaborate with development, revision & execution of specialty pharmacy and Patient Support Program - HUB programs/services to facilitate initiation and maintenance of patient therapy treatment. Support the supervision of day-to-day SP and PSP-HUB operations to ensure appropriate support across key customer interactions including HCPs/Office Staff, Patients/Caregivers and Vera Field teams. Provide field insights in the creation/revision of marketing materials (Patient Referral Form, Welcome Kit, HCP Office Resource Guide, etc.) to support patient therapy access and field force training. Collaborate in the development of tools and processes to educate and inform stakeholders including data, dashboards and presentations. Work with sales personnel, HCPs, SP and HUB partners to monitor ongoing program performance and identify revisions based on real-time data and issues. Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Vera contracted external partners. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Senior Directors to ensure all programs are compliant and audit-ready. Attend major conventions and conferences with objectives related to Vera Trade and Distribution, SP and PSP-HUB programs. Add value by assisting field personnel with patient therapy onboarding via HUB and therapy procurement via a limited distribution specialty pharmacy network. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary. Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry. 10+ years of Trade and Distribution, Specialty Pharmacy and Patient Support Program and HUB experience, including product launch or line extension experience. Proven ability to create a collaborative working environment with internal and external decision makers/partners. Experience in external partner communications, management and compliance monitoring. Experience evaluating and balancing strategic considerations between internal functions and field teams. Outstanding relationship-building, organizational, communication and entrepreneurial skills to provide best-in-class programs and services. Strong data and metrics literacy to inform recommendations and decisions. The base pay for this role will depend on geography, qualifications, skills, and experience. Anticipated base pay range: $220,000 - $250,000 USD
