* DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program * Active Wisconsin dental license (or ability to obtain) * Commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning * Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset * A passion for innovation and delivering comprehensive care

*Duties*
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs. * Provide general dentistry services, including preventive care, restorative procedures, emergency treatments. * Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. * Implement infection control measures to ensure patient safety and compliance with health regulations. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency. * Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software systems. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies, particularly for pediatric patients.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in general dentistry is required. * Familiarity with infection control standards and practices. * Proficient in medical imaging techniques relevant to dental diagnostics. * Experience using Eaglesoft software for patient management is preferred. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
