About the Division The Division of Pediatric Adolescent Medicine is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of adolescents through high-quality outpatient care at multiple clinical locations in Milwaukee. The team focuses on prevention, medical care, and psychosocial needs, with strengths in eating disorders, hormonal regulation, reproductive health, and care for incarcerated youth. The division is expanding outreach into the community and exploring substance abuse counseling and treatment options.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and advance the Division of Pediatric Adolescent Medicine, including clinical care, education, research, and community service.
Drive the division’s vision and strategic development, with mentorship and growth of fellowship programs.
Collaborate with Adolescent Medicine faculty and campus partners to expand clinical and research initiatives.
Foster mentorship and development of faculty, supporting a diverse and capable team.
Partner with Children’s Wisconsin, MCW, and community organizations to deliver comprehensive care and services.
Oversee division finances and operational leadership in a matrixed, academic environment.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
MD, DO, or foreign medical equivalent
Successful completion of an accredited Pediatric or Medicine/Pediatric residency
Fellowship-trained and Board Certified in Adolescent Medicine
Eligibility for unrestricted licensure to practice in Wisconsin
Proven ability to cultivate a collaborative academic environment and lead in medical education and administration
