Long Valley Dental Center is seeking a Dentist to join our team. Our emphasis is on prevention and early access to dental care while providing superb primary dental care. Strong specialty support is available through a well-developed, in-house referral and tracking system. We see children to adults. Our patient mix includes Denti-Cal, commercial insurance, and private pay patients. The dental team includes Dentists, Hygienists, RDA-EF2, RDAs, and a Treatment Coordinator. Long Valley Dental Center is part of Long Valley Health Center, a well-established private, non-profit, FQHC community-based Health Center with a wide patient base. LVHC is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and was the first Health Care Center in California with a Distinction in Behavioral Health Integration. We have received the Silver Quality award from HRSA multiple times. In addition to the Dental Team, we have a Medical team, a robust Behavioral Health Team, a Chiropractor, and an Acupuncturist. Responsibilities
Practice primary dental care with a focus on prevention and early intervention. Collaborate with an in-house referral and tracking system to coordinate specialty care as needed. Serve patients across ages from children to adults; manage a mix of Denti-Cal, commercial, and private-pay cases. Contribute to a team including Dentists, Hygienists, RDA-EF2, RDAs, and a Treatment Coordinator. Practice Location
This outstanding practice opportunity is located in Laytonville, CA. The community offers a laid-back California town experience in wine country, close to the Mendocino Coast and Anderson Valley wine region. San Francisco is a 3-hour drive. The area enjoys a mild climate with summer daytime temperatures typically ranging from 75 to 90 degrees. This is an in-person, single-location role. Qualifications
