Assistant Store Manager – Maje, South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California. We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store. Responsibilities
Support the Store Leadership Team in daily operations, including cash reconciliation, distribution of daily sales goals, KPI reminders, store safety, and customer issue resolution. Provide opening/closing support and handle miscellaneous leadership duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Create fitting room experiences, wardrobe and styling services for customers, and foster a welcoming and inclusive store culture. Qualifications
2+ years of prior supervisory experience. Strong service orientation and excellent people/coaching skills. Adherence to company values: Passion, Entrepreneurship, Creative, Worldly, Humility. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Brand-appropriate personal presentation and flexibility with scheduling.
