Compensation is primarily based on production and collection
Responsibilities
Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals especially for Molars, extractions, and restoration
Perform dental care treatments including x-rays, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic dental services
Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and use of dental appliances
Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required
Board Certified and / or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
Current state license
Previous experience in clinical or private practice
CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
Excellent bedside manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
