Support senior leaders across our Product and Growth teams as part of the SBO (Strategy and Business Operations) team. The team is high impact and high visibility, working closely with product and business leaders across the company. Partner with product, go-to-market, analytics and finance teams to help prioritize roadmaps, deliver strategic recommendations and analyses, and develop product strategies that drive growth for the business. Drive strategic decision-making through analysis, research and insights; build financial and analytical models to identify actionable insights, size impact, and develop recommendations to influence and drive consensus across functional leaders. Drive and influence multi-year vision for what we build and the markets we focus on. Support the monthly performance monitoring process, including driving the product metrics review cadence and coordinating cross-functional teams to diagnose problems when they occur. On Your First Day, We\'ll Expect You To Have
6+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: business operations, strategy, product, go-to-market / sales strategy, monetization, strategic finance, or similar. An understanding of Enterprise Software business models. Demonstrated experience in driving business case development and strategic recommendations from end-to-end. Proficiency in financial modeling and building revenue and cost drivers. Strong proficiency with Excel and experience using SQL. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with all levels of an organization. It\'s Great, But Not Required Of You To Have
An MBA. Experience driving quantitative customer research. Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau). Compensation

Base pay within the range is determined by a candidate\'s skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $180,000 - $235,000 Zone B: $162,000 - $211,500 Zone C: $149,400 - $195,050 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
