This role will be managing a full cycle recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer and collaborating with the onboarding of new hires.

The Recruiter will work with hiring leaders and be a recruitment resource in the Talent Acquisition team.Job Duties:* Delivers pipelines of talent for open roles, using a combination of sourcing, networking and applicants from targeted sources.* Works to provide an outstanding candidate experience by following up with candidates in a timely fashion and providing transparency throughout the process.* Partners with internal teams effectively throughout the recruitment process to create efficiencies in hiring

and a smooth onboarding for candidates and managers.* This position will develop an their knowledge in life cycle of recruitment.* Determines appropriate compensation for employment offers based on organization’s pay guidelines and internal equity* Builds and maintains candidate pipelines via networking, referrals, creative sourcing, social media, and hiring events.* Proactively works on recruitment plans and innovative strategies (social sourcing, professional networking, bonus program review)* Accountable for high volume hiring, by tracking and trending key service level metrics.* Continuous process improvement while working collaboratively in a strong matrix organization.* Works on and identifies stretch assignments to increase experience and skills within and outside the role.* Exhibits professionalism and pride in daily encounters, actions and behaviors, consistent with the Power of All commitment* Other job functions as assigned.K.S.A.'s:* Bachelor’s degree required.

Master’s preferred.* One year of work experience with Human Resources background preferred.* High volume recruitment a plus.* Healthcare recruitment strongly preferred.* Strong use and interest in using technology, including MS Office, ATS and Recruitment tools.* Experience in sourcing candidates and networks.* Proven experience in managing competing priorities in an ambiguous environment.* Understanding of federal/state regulations related to employment law (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP, etc.).**Education**Bachelor's Degree (Required)**Pay Range**$65,520.00-$107,120.00 SalaryAt Lurie Children’s, we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity, reflecting individual contributions, experience, and expertise. The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position. Ranges are regularly reviewed to stay aligned with market conditions.
