Senior Contracts Manager

Job Description
Oversee and lead in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements. Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments. Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts. Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts. Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies. Maintain and update contract documentation and records. Engage with stakeholders or Maincontractors for certification of claims, disputes or other contractual matters. Attend meeting updates with clients, main contractors and sub contractors to ensure that the project is within budget and to propose cost saving solutuions if project deviate from project budget and timeline. Job Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in contract management in structual and foundations projects. Detail oreinted and meticulous Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
