The Director of Finance will oversee the financial strategy, planning and analysis for IKC and will be an integral part of the IKC leadership team with exposure to IKC operations and strategy. Based out of Denver and reporting to the VP of Finance for Strategic Business Initiatives and the VP/General Manager of Integrated Kidney Care (IKC), the role partners with business operators to ensure accountability, develop KPI’s and own the budget/planning process.
Responsibilities
The Director of Finance will oversee the financial strategy, planning and analysis for DaVita’s fastest growing strategic initiative by helping DaVita move deeper into value-based care.

Additional Context DaVita’s Integrated Kidney Care segment is positioned for expansion with a mission to be the partner of choice in value-based care. The position emphasizes an entrepreneurial, operationally focused and results-driven approach within the IKC leadership team.
Benefits and Compensation
Salary range: $133,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year.
