Job Posting: OutSystems Architect Are you a seasoned OutSystems developer ready to take the next step into technical leadership? We're looking for an OutSystems Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications, mentor a growing team, and bring fresh architectural perspectives to a high-impact digital transformation initiative. What You'll Do
Architect and build scalable, secure applications using OutSystems 11. Lead end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment. Mentor and guide a team of 8 junior developers, helping them grow and succeed. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Evaluate and remediate technical debt, ensuring long-term maintainability. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the development lifecycle. Drive delivery and ensure projects move efficiently across the finish line. Stay current with platform updates and industry trends to continuously improve solutions. What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience, including 2+ years in OutSystems 11. Proven success designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing small development teams. Deep understanding of OutSystems architecture principles: multi-layered architecture (Core, Foundation, End-User apps); modularization and reusable components; dependency management and performance optimization. Proficiency in SQL, REST/SOAP web services, and data modeling. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to challenge existing architectural norms and bring fresh, effective ideas to the table. Nice to Have
OutSystems certifications (e.g., Professional Web Developer, Architecture Specialist). Experience integrating OutSystems with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, APIs). Familiarity with cloud environments (especially AWS). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for OutSystems applications. Why This Role Stands Out

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
