Responsibilities
Role:
The Main Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day teller and lobby operations, supporting the teller line and Financial Consultants in delivering exceptional service. The manager builds and maintains strong relationships within internal and external team members and develops and implements strategies to achieve branch growth goals attributing to overall organizational goals. Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job. 30%
- Directs, schedules, develops, motivates, hires, and disciplines branch personnel. Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure the team meets and exceeds goals. 20%
- Assists members and employees with product related/operational questions; resolves problems and/or involves management when needed. 15%
- Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensure appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions. 10%
- Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures. 10%
- Oversees the daily cash requirement for the credit union, balancing of vault cash, TCD, and onsite ITMs. 10%
- Identifies and takes action to improve the department\'s operating methods and procedures. 5%
- Performs other duties as assigned. Benefits
