We’ve built powerhouse brands trusted by millions of households (Feit Electric, LIFX, Cree Lighting, USI), and you can find us everywhere from The Home Depot to Costco, Lowe’s, ACE, Menards, Walmart, and beyond. Now, we’re looking for someone ready to take our digital presence from strong to unforgettable. This is your chance to grab the reins of four distinct brands, unleash bold campaigns, and leave your mark on brands sitting in nearly every home in America. This isn’t a back-office strategy gig. It’s roll-up-your-sleeves, push-creative-boundaries, and make-people-stop-scrolling kind of work. 8–12+ years in digital marketing with a record of building consumer brands that people care about. Proven success in community building, influencer marketing, and UGC that feels real—not forced. A natural leader who can grow a team but isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Hands-on wizardry in digital media, social strategy, and influencer campaigns. Creative instinct with a performance-driven mindset—you can dream, but you can also deliver. Strong analytical chops—you live in the data, not just in the vibes. Degree in Business, or related field (MBA is a nice bonus, but hustle and results matter more). Because this isn’t your typical corporate marketing job.
