Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC) is a leading ABA provider specializing in early intervention for preschool-aged children. We offer both center-based and home-based services in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
Pay and Schedule
Pay:
$85,000-$90,000 (Base Salary) + Up to $6,000 in Annual Bonuses
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus
$5,000 (Relocation Bonus)
Schedule:
Full-time

Core Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors.
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral strategies.
Monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). (Required)
Hands-on experience using ABA to support neurodivergent children or adolescents, including those on the autism spectrum.
