Manages the NALAN Finance team, including coaching, mentoring and project oversight to develop and optimize team performance. Coordinates and ensures the production of monthly Corporate and Management accounts in accordance with the timetable. Reviews and enhances the format and presentation of regional financial data with management to ensure clarity and accuracy. Partners with the Managing Director – Americas region to implement business strategy and optimize financial practices for the NALAN region. Partners with the Chief Financial Officer of Colorcon, Inc. to align regional goals and practices with the Global Finance function. Manages the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function and provides strategic financial insights to the Managing Director and Regional Leadership Team. Drives the implementation of Global Finance initiatives across the NALAN region. Oversees the development of Budgets and Plans for the NALAN region. Works with the NALAN Regional Leadership Team and Global Leadership Team to ensure financial reporting, expenses, payroll, benefits and related systems are planned, budgeted and maintained. Manages working capital assets, focusing on receivables, payables and inventories, in liaison with operations and commercial management. Maintains records, reconciliation checks and procedures to ensure accurate accounting data. Responsible for statutory, fiscal and corporate reporting for local and overseas operating units, ensuring compliance. Manages foreign currency exposure to minimize impact from currency fluctuations. Partners with external auditors for annual financial audits to ensure timely and accurate completion for the NALAN region. Serves as a member of the Investment Management Committee for Colorcon’s Pension Plan and maintains/update Finance policies and procedures as needed. Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing a Finance organization in a similar industry or environment. Experience in a global matrixed organization is helpful. Experience with Oracle suite of products is a plus. Working Location
This position is a hybrid role based onsite at Colorcon’s Global Headquarters in Harleysville, PA. Travel: Up to 15% of travel may be required annually.
