About the Role: Tubi is building a world-class streaming platform, and we are looking for a Senior Producer Designer to join our Discovery Lifecycle team. As the design lead for this pod, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences that help viewers find content they love most effectively, in close collaboration with Tubi’s ML team. In this role, you will shape how content is presented across the Tubi platform and dive deep into understanding user behaviors across different cohorts, experimenting with signals to improve how content is personalized for each viewer. You will own the end-to-end product design and implementation of multiple features, delivering both tactical and strategic design solutions to drive the future of personalization. This role requires two days in the office in San Francisco. What You'll Do
Partner with Research and ML (Product and Engineering) to identify, prioritize, and scope product opportunities Collaborate with Research and Data Science to understand user behavior, generate testable hypotheses, and measure the impact of your design decisions Garner approval from cross-functional stakeholders, manage and incorporate feedback, and drive toward alignment Craft elegant and scalable design solutions across all of Tubi’s platforms that align with best practices and Tubi’s design language Work autonomously to identify new opportunities and build on existing investments Your Background
A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design and prototyping skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems with elegant solutions Typically ~5 years of experience in building digital products Prior experience delivering customer-centered experiences that impact millions of users Experience with experiment-driven product development: using data and research methodologies to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations; hypothesis validation; experiment diagnosis Ability to champion collaborative product-making and partner with multiple teams across multiple organizations Excellent communication and storytelling skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present work to peers and executives Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma, ProtoPie or equivalent #LI-Hybrid #LI-CL1 Benefits and Pay
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $175,800 - $251,100 USD, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. This role is located in a high-cost labor market such as Los Angeles, New York City, or San Francisco.
