Provide primary care services in a brand new Pueblo North Medical Office location. Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based family medicine in a collaborative Kaiser Permanente setting. Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. Physician must meet employment requirements as described by Colorado Permanente Medical Group. Compensation and Benefits
