WellSpan Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Physician to join our Mercersburg practice located in a farming community with an excellent school system, a ski resort and a 20-minute drive away to Maryland. It is the home of Mercersburg Academy, an independent college prep school.
Position Highlights:
Join a team of 5 physicians and APP in this established rural practice
Young and fresh practice with walk in clinic and a good number of pediatrics
Enjoy flexible scheduling and reasonable call that ensures lifestyle balance
Epic utilized at all WellSpan locations
Our Commitment to You:
Physician-designed compensation model which is not RVU based
Competitive signing bonus plus commencement and retention bonuses

$5,500/year for CME
