Join our team in Paradise! We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Spa Operations and Recreation Activities Director
to lead our resort’s wellness and recreation offerings in beautiful Southern California. This role oversees the daily operations, strategic development, and guest experience of our beautiful spa, fitness facilities, pools, and recreation programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, outdoor recreation, and elevated guest service, and thrives in a dynamic, guest-centric hospitality environment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Spa Management, or related field; advanced certifications in spa or wellness a plus. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in spa and/or recreation management within a luxury resort or upscale hotel environment. A strong background in team leadership, exceptional guest service, and efficient operations management within the wellness and recreation sectors. Demonstrated success in budget management, retail operations, and revenue generation. Knowledge of wellness trends, Southern California outdoor recreation, and guest preferences. CPR, First Aid, and relevant safety certifications required. Benefits
