GAAP Financial Analyst Why You’ll Want This Job: Work directly with private equity partners and senior leadership Lead GAAP financial reporting and investor presentations Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan, 2 days remote High-impact role with exposure to fund audits and capital raising Full benefits: medical, dental, vision included Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 base + 20% annual bonus What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare GAAP-compliant financials for internal co-investment funds Manage audit workflows and support annual financial statement prep Create and refine investor decks and fundraising materials in PowerPoint What You’ll Need
2–4 years of Big Four public accounting experience Hands-on GAAP reporting and audit coordination background Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Preferred Skills
CPA certification (or actively pursuing) Experience with Investran or private equity systems Exposure to investor presentations or financial communications Legal and Equal Opportunity
