Manage cross-functional projects in a rapidly changing environment. Work collaboratively across internal marketing category teams, external partners, and Sales partners to support Dyson digital marketing campaigns Develop strategy to reach the right audience through a variety of digital media channels and explore new advertising approaches within the purchase journey Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic digital plans Monitor digital performance across all funnel stages and KPIs to consistently achieve and exceed targets while maintaining a positive ROI Collaborate with media agency to produce meaningful post-campaign analyses and improve the value of digital advertising through testing, targeting and plan refinement Facilitate project management across communication, efficiency, timing, cost and post-mortem analyses Become a brand and product expert; act as an extension of the category teams and provide consultative media recommendations Manage digital media budgets and allocate funding across the full funnel to meet strategic objectives Become an expert in all Dyson digital media channels (search, social, display, video) Dyson.com Campaign Management
Provide data-driven direction and strategy to achieve financial targets for the business Identify direct-to-consumer opportunities and develop initiatives to amplify sales to dyson.com Analyze data regularly to inform decisive action against campaign executions Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field Previous experience with/for a media agency is a plus Ecommerce experience marketing online for a consumer brand Ability to use digital media expertise to inform strategic recommendations in a timely manner Strong analytical skills with experience using a web analytics tool Ability to analyze data and translate results into decisions Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and budgeting Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate internal and external resources in a cross-functional organization Experience assisting projects from concept through implementation and post-campaign analysis Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing department with resilience to recover from unexpected outcomes Strong communication skills; ability to present information clearly across organizational levels Entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take calculated risks Confident decision maker able to make strategic decisions in a timely fashion Enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment with responsibility Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Self-motivated, objective, enthusiastic, inquisitive, adaptable Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Benefits
