Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop pricing models for prospective and existing client pricing that determine pharmacy discounts, rebates, and products & services offered. Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies that improve market competitiveness while maintaining profitability goals. Track and report deltas between modeled and actual pricing. Incorporate the impacts of new products and services, special program offerings, company initiatives, and industry developments into the pricing process. Ensure RFP responses accurately reflect pricing strategy and cost of services contained in the financial model developed for the client. Provide responses to certain financial questions for RFPs. Utilize understanding of components that influence pricing and identify those that could pose financial risk. Develop pricing strategies for various market segments such as Medicaid, Medicare D, Self-Insured, and Managed Care Organizations. Gather market trend information from all relevant sources to establish parameters in the pricing model. Supervisory and Client Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities. This is an internal and external client-facing position requiring excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills (listening, verbal, written). Responsibilities include responding promptly to client needs, soliciting feedback, meeting commitments, and managing difficult client situations. Qualifications
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting, plus 5+ years of quantitative experience, preferably with PBM pricing or actuarial experience. Previous pharmacy benefit management, healthcare, or managed care experience is highly preferred. Computer Skills Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Access. Good working knowledge of MS Word/Outlook and relational databases. Other Skills and Abilities Must be highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented Strong communication and decision-making skills Ability to work on multiple complex assignments simultaneously Ability to work in a team environment Ability to analyze data using Excel or Access Reasoning, Mathematical, and Language Skills Reasoning: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of problems. Ability to interpret nonverbal symbolism and various variables. Mathematical Skills: Working knowledge of probability, statistical inference, and fundamental geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and financial documents; write and present information effectively to management and stakeholders. Competencies

This position works remotely. Requires availability for regular interdepartmental coordination and collaboration. Exempt level with core hours typical to Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility to meet deadlines as needed, including beyond traditional hours. Travel and Perks
