Conduct daily operations for the data and voice maintenance work center, including planning preventative maintenance, diagnosing the need for and coordinating corrective maintenance, and producing detailed documentation of maintenance actions. Perform systems integration, maintenance, configuration, and modification of a family of automatic processing equipment, including printers, computers, scanners, faxes, routers, switches, etc. Coordinate and conduct baseline configuration, updates, patches, troubleshooting, and repairs for all data and voice equipment, including generating schedules for preventative maintenance. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to assigned military servicemembers in both equipment maintenance and the generation of accurate maintenance documentation within the designated system of record. Education : BS / BA or Equivalent experience Required Experience : 2+ Years’ related experience Required Technical Skills : CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8570 Compliance) Security Clearance Level : Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility Required Skills and Abilities : Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills Location : On Customer Site, Washington, District of Columbia GDIT is your place

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Other Details
