Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue and expand market share. Responsibilities

Grow and manage relationships with key decision-makers in construction, mechanical/electrical trades, and hyperscale infrastructure. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehousing, project logistics, and scheduled or on-demand delivery. Collaborate with executive leadership and operations to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction. Build, lead, and coach a high-performance sales team with clear KPIs, accountability, and growth plans. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client events. Qualifications

8+ years of progressive sales experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or B2B construction services. Proven track record of exceeding targets and building long-term client partnerships. Strong understanding of storage/staging workflows and material delivery for project-based businesses. Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while building out structure and process. Required Skills

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B construction services. Familiarity with project-based business models. Pay and Benefits
