Unleash your creative vision and make a global impact with a leading entertainment company. As a key member of the Brand Partnership team within the Brand Innovation Lab, you will be at the forefront of innovative co-branded campaigns, shaping how audiences experience entertainment. Collaborate with top talent and contribute to projects that reach millions. You will transform creative concepts into captivating campaigns, driving the visual narrative from initial pitch to final execution and ensuring a seamless brand experience across platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge creative for external brands and titles. Responsibilities: Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, creative directors, solutions managers, and producers to develop customer-centric creative solutions that achieve advertiser objectives. Design conceptual, strategic, and visually compelling work across various platforms. Spearhead the creation of video-first creative content. Develop compelling visual narratives and design solutions for multiple platforms. Oversee the visual design of pitch presentations, including detailed design comps, deck structure, and final presentation materials. Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners. Uphold design excellence while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Create within the constraints of intellectual property, demonstrating a strong understanding of production realities. Contribute to the development and documentation of creative and design processes. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of design quality and align with business objectives. Balance stakeholder needs while prioritizing customer experience and brand goals. Evaluate and improve existing departmental processes through documentation. Must-Have Qualifications: 6+ years of extensive experience in art direction and design. Proven ability to develop and execute innovative creative campaigns. Deep understanding of video content creation and production constraints. Proficiency in visual storytelling and design across multiple platforms. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams. Experience working with global brands. Familiarity with the entertainment industry.
