Tax Manager role at gpac. We are currently working with a large established CPA firm that is looking to add a professional Tax Manager to their growing organization. This is a stable firm with strong ties in the market, providing valuable expertise in tax and financial services. Due to the company's continued expansion, they are in need of a Tax Manager to work directly with a highly motivated staff and other Senior Staff Members. Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities
The tax manager will work directly with a team of highly motivated staff accountants Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients Handle complex tax and related advisory work for a variety of clients and industries Take full responsibility for services of various assigned clients under the supervision of senior managers and partners, including negotiating, billing, and collecting fees Meet regularly with business and community contacts to maintain a network within the local market Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for the staff accountants Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting/finance or related field; MBA would be a plus CPA license preferred (candidates near completion may be considered) 4+ years of experience in public accounting, with emphasis on tax Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service Ability to lead and motivate a team toward goals Strong multi-tasking and communication skills (verbal and written) Represent the firm with integrity at all times Compensation/Benefits
Competitive base salary ranging from $90K to $130K, with potential to reach $150K+ total compensation including performance-based bonuses, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Upward mobility, career growth and partnership opportunities How to apply
