Direct partnership with the CEO and CFO, influencing business strategy and operational decisions Leadership role in a growth-oriented, PE-backed environment Opportunity to shape accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting standards Responsibilities
Lead all accounting functions including GL, financial reporting, AP/AR, operating accounting, treasury, and lender reporting Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and maintain accurate, timely reporting across the organization Collaborate with CFO on liquidity modeling, cash flow forecasting, and acquisition integration Manage external audit and lender reporting requirements Drive process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reporting efficiency Qualifications
CPA required; Big 4 experience highly preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting Advanced Excel skills, including liquidity modeling and scenario analysis Seniority level
