What You''ll Do:
This candidate will work with the DevOps team in supporting the development efforts of the OCC Risk framework. The team strives for goals that refine and automate the processes needed to support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Responsibilities
Drive technology best practices across the SDLC, particularly build and deployment process automation Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure DevOps methodologies are used to their best potential Promote self-service build and deployment processes through process automation to enable rapid iterations of development team functions Design and implement process improvements across the build, deployment, and monitoring of OCC systems Assist in designing process improvements across the build, deployment, and monitoring of Kubernetes systems Support the automation and configuration of Kubernetes, AWS, and other systems to support the SDLC and DevOps methodologies Support Terraform, Ansible, Harness, and Jenkins jobs used to instantiate and manage development environments Supervisory Responsibilities

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the primary functions. 7+ years of experience on similar DevOps platforms A deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, techniques, and automation frameworks Knowledgeable about industry best practices regarding deployment patterns and architecture principles Demonstrated ability to deliver on workflow automation principles such as event-driven or waterfall mechanisms Experienced with the Agile process and understanding of how successful teams communicate and operate Technical Skills
Python coding experience required, experience writing code unit-tests and following best practices Jenkins job setup and execution analysis – including Splunk log review for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Ability to manage Kubernetes deployments with helm charts, using continuous deployment tools like Harness.io Ability to manage AWS deployments using Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience Certificates or Licenses
Relevant industry certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate or similar are a plus About Us

The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Final base salary will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education. Internal equity considerations are part of the final offer. We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range to allow for future salary growth. A substantial benefits package is available as noted on the OCC careers page. All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are based on performance and other factors. Salary Range:
$138,500.00 - $233,700.00 Incentive Range:
8% to 15% This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, with the target range listed above. The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including individual and company performance.
