Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards while fostering positive relationships with tenants. This role requires the ability to effectively manage conflicts and negotiate contracts. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law Utilize property management software such as Rent Manager for data entry and record keeping Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met Handle tenant inquiries and concerns with a focus on customer service excellence Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations Implement effective conflict management strategies to resolve tenant disputes Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of properties Maintain accurate records of property activities, including filing documentation related to contracts and agreements Assist in marketing efforts for property leasing, including upselling available units Qualifications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in customer relationship management tools and practices Strong office experience with effective phone etiquette and administrative skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Senioriy level
