Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney (Statewide – California) – Hybrid remote role with San Jose base Windsor Troy Law, LLP is a premier law firm committed to providing exceptional legal representation with integrity, compassion, and results. We advocate for injured workers across California and are expanding our Workers’ Compensation practice. This role offers flexibility to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Responsibilities
Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims. Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings. Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active membership in the California State Bar 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills Salary
$80,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year Benefits
