Must have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Networking, Information Systems/Science, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience and proven expertise in administering and operating the HashiCorp Vault application. Experience in systems and application management on Linux/UNIX platforms. Familiarity with cloud architecture and experience in building or migrating applications to Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and load balancers. Proficiency in creating automated pipelines and deploying with CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Chef, Artifactory, AWS Cloud Formation Templates, Terraform, EC2, Lambda, Docker/Kubernetes, and KMS. Expertise in developing advanced, customized workflows and automated processes for vendor applications. Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly in Python and Ansible. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to both technical and business audiences. Proven experience in leading small technical teams. Ability to independently carry out systems design and architecture tasks to meet technical objectives and fulfill business requirements. Responsibilities

In this role on the Privileged Access Management team, I will have primary ownership and operation of Fidelity’s HashiCorp Vault application. This enterprise-level installation provides secrets management services to over 5,000 business unit applications. I will design, develop, and support enhanced access management capabilities that adhere to Fidelity’s strict cybersecurity policies and requirements. My responsibilities will include managing critical production environments, implementing monitoring and upgrades, enhancing performance and capacity, certifying disaster readiness, streamlining CI/CD processes through automation, and analyzing key metrics and trends. Working within an Agile framework, I will take part in sprint planning to help prioritize tasks and provide realistic, achievable estimates. In this position, I will join Fidelity’s Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit as a part of the Privileged Access Management team. We are an energetic and highly visible team that offers a range of access management services to all of Fidelity’s business units. Our team consists of engineers located in the US, Ireland, and India. By leveraging an Agile operating model, we install, configure, operate, and maintain a suite of in-house and vendor applications that provide diverse access management capabilities to the organization. We are a DevOps team engaged in systems engineering, software engineering, and production services support. Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, Monday through Friday) in a Fidelity office. This requirement does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
