Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations Manage a litigation caseload independently, from inception through resolution Communicate directly with clients and provide regular status updates Collaborate with attorneys across various offices and practice areas Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school Admission to practice law in the state of Georgia Minimum of one year of defense litigation experience Background in general liability, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance matters preferred Demonstrated experience with discovery, pretrial motions, and legal writing Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Strong technical proficiency Courtroom, deposition, or trial experience is a plus Why Apply
