Advanced Practice Provider Specialist, Dermatology
to cover the San Jose, San Francisco, Sacramento, Oakland & Stockton, CA territories. This position will be field based. About Immunology: Our Immunology team leads in the development of transformational medicines for immunological disorders and illnesses. You can influence where medicine is going by restoring health to millions of people living with immune diseases. Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way. This is a field-based role available in multiple cities within California. Responsibilities
Utilize company approved materials to deliver disease state education covering topics such as pathophysiology, diagnostic modalities, treatment options and patient care Deliver on-label product education to support appropriate utilization of company approved products As needed, deliver unbranded or branded speaker programs in small or large group settings Educate and champion utilization of JJIM Access and Fulfillment resources to drive optimal patient experience and care Engage with target customers, including APP societies and advocacy organizations, in or outside of office setting, including conferences to uncover marketplace needs Continuously and compliantly collaborate with field teams and home office marketing team to shape local execution, and APP-specific strategies and materials Completion of all required field standards, including timely and accurate documentation of customer engagements, expense reporting, and required trainings Qualifications / Requirements
Advanced degree as either Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) 3+ years as a NP or PA actively engaged in Dermatology patient care Track record of building productive, collaborative relationships with individuals of varied educational background and performing different roles within an ecosystem Self-starter with proven ability to set, pursue, and achieve goals/results Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including some weekend conferences. (This role is field-based with expectation to complete in-person engagements). Preferred
NP or PA experience working in both institutional/academic setting and community office Strong knowledge as it relates to payer approval process, and solid business acumen Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$195,000 - $224,250 Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Household and family leave provisions, holidays, and other time-off benefits are also described in our comprehensive benefits documentation. Location & Travel
