Overview
Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract) at MongoDB. This is a fixed-term contract running until 07/31/2026 with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. We will consider candidates based in North America located in Eastern or Central Time Zones. Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers for technical roles (Software Engineering, Product Manager, IT, Security Engineering, etc.) and partner with them on writing job descriptions, setting recruiting strategies, and closing candidates Understand your business unit’s objectives and challenges and use that information to attract quality candidates Work effectively with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires Develop creative sourcing strategies resulting in pipelines that meet hiring goals Ensure applicants have a positive interview experience from screening through offer negotiation Qualifications
2-4 years of in-house technical recruiting experience Prior agency recruiting experience Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience Experience sourcing, recruiting, and closing top technical talent Data-driven mentality and ability to use data to shape recruiting strategy Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while wearing many hats Excellent verbal and written communication skills About MongoDB and Benefits

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $74,000—$106,000 USD. Compensation is determined based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Eligible employees may also receive equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k), mental health resources, transgender-inclusive health coverage, and other benefits.
