Overview
Snowflake, the company that delivers the Data Cloud to mobilize the world’s data, is seeking a senior manager to support our PS&T organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager, PS&T Enablement and contributes to the vision and execution of the PS&T enablement strategy. The role ensures PS&T teams stay current with product innovations, delivery skills, and operational processes. In this role, you will get to
Act as the designated expert for your respective programs and constituents. Drive end-to-end ownership of key enablement programming based on global and local needs, including ideation, content creation, delivery, metrics, measurement, program management, change management, and learning design. Translate technical product releases, industry use cases, delivery methodologies, and company focus areas into consumable materials for PS&T roles. Deliver a Point of View (POV) to stakeholders/SMEs and drive collaboration to address learning gaps in the field. Stakeholders include Product, Sales Engineering, PS&T SMEs, and Field Leadership. Be seen as an expert on how to reach PS&T audiences and create/deliver global programs aligned with what content resonates with them. Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders and deliver localized programming. Be accountable for measuring and improving industry knowledge/skill gaps with innovative programming for the field. Deliver onboarding for new PS&T hires in a measured, meaningful way. On day-1, we will expect you to have
A minimum of 10+ years of related experience in Professional Services, and/or technical product marketing, enablement, and/or enterprise software in data cloud, data warehouse, data engineering, and/or data science. A BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required; an MBA is a plus. An understanding of complex technical delivery, processes, and methodologies. Experience in learning design (e.g., Bloom taxonomy) and measurement (e.g., Kirkpatrick framework), enablement tooling (LMS, content management, Articulate/RISE), gamification, and program management across multiple stakeholders. An ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables. Strong consultative skills, such as discovery, solution creation, and facilitating workshops/learning opportunities. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Experience working in a fast-changing environment requiring strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, and results-oriented decision-making. Ability to travel as needed and potentially support other regions as needs arise. The following represents the expected compensation range for this role: base salary $154,000 - $215,200. This role is eligible for Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance; 401(k); flexible spending and health savings accounts; paid holidays and PTO; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other benefits.
