Acquisition Process Coordinator Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) as we tackle some of the world's toughest national security challenges. As an Acquisition Process Coordinator, you will streamline and optimize the acquisition process, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate communication across stakeholders to support our client's groundbreaking programs. You will solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by applying basic principles, theories, and concepts with limited working and general industry knowledge. You will develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring more complex issues to higher levels. You will prepare and send routine correspondence and respond professionally via email, mail, and telephone. You’ll coordinate with teammates to provide quick-turn responses to client data calls and perform additional administrative duties as required. You will grow your acquisition and programmatic expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each program's success. From working with your team to creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you will help deliver meaningful programmatic support. This position is located in Arlington, VA. What You’ll Work On

Advise Program Managers (PMs) on the research and development acquisition process. Advise PMs and other support staff on processes and ensure quality assurance on all documents before submission. Manage the creation, revision, routing, and tracking of all acquisition documentation, including Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), program solicitations, and justification and approval documents (JAs). Coordinate the scientific review process to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date templates for required program documentation and make them accessible to PMs and other support staff. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually and as needed to reflect personnel changes or procedural updates. Coordinate seamlessly with DARPA leadership, Program Managers (PMs), Front Office staff, DARPA support offices, and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle. Become a subject matter expert on Department of Defense (DoD) and DARPA instructions, guides, policies, and templates. Provide regular updates to Front Office government clients on the status of submitted documents. Collect data, track, and analyze timeline metrics to identify areas for increased efficiency and process improvement. You Have

3+ years of experience in task and project management 2+ years of experience with the DoD Experience in acquisition with Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), Research Announcements (RAs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, or PowerPoint Ability to track documents and follow actions through completion, as well as research and fact-check independently Ability to pay strict attention to detail and work independently while adhering to strict protocols Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate client needs, and be proactive in response Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have

5+ years of experience in task and project management within a DoD work environment Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and DoD contracting Ability to display an adaptable approach to work, anticipating requirements and working efficiently under pressure Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear and concise delivery Excellent organizational skills TS / SCI clearance Master's degree PMP Certification Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Identity Statement
