Overview
As part of our Branding & Commercial Sync Team, the Director will lead efforts to create, pitch, secure, and execute brand partnership deals that elevate the label’s artist roster, drive consumer awareness, and generate both revenue and promotional opportunities. This role will leverage social and digital platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, to innovate, sell programs, and expand brand partnerships. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue brand partnership opportunities that align with the label’s artist roster and strategic goals. Lead pitches, negotiations, and deal execution with brands, agencies, and retail partners. Develop and sell branded programs across social and digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and other channels. Build and maintain relationships within the brand, agency and retail communities. Collaborate with internal teams to activate campaigns and measure impact. Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years in brand partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in selling, negotiating, and developing relationships within the brand and agency community. Strong understanding of music, pop culture trends, and influencer marketing dynamics. Experience leveraging social platforms to drive revenue and awareness. Job Details
